Mit den Worten Now, are you ready to go nuts? lädt Zorra zum dreijährigen Jubiläum des Bread Baking Day ein. Das Thema dieses besonderen Events sind Brote mit Nüssen. Ich dachte ‘Yes I am!’ und habe Nuss-Stangen aus Sauerteig, Dinkelvollkornmehl und einer Mischung aus verschiedenen Nüssen gebacken.

Now, are you ready to go nuts? asked Zorra for the third anniversary of Bread Baking Day. She invited us to bake bread with nuts. I thougt by myself ‘Yes I am!’ so I baked two breads formed like baguettes but made with sourdough, wholemeal spelt flour and a composition of multiple nuts.
